About Diane Ferreira
I’m Diane Ferreira. I am a published author, Bible teacher, and co-founder of She Opens Her Bible, Affirm Faith Co., and She’s So Scripture on Substack.
In 2018, God opened the door for me to become one of the first Messianic Jewish women to build a voice in the broader online Christian space. I blend my Jewish heritage, Biblical Hebrew, and deep love for Scripture to help women navigate the Word with both depth and grace.
I hold a graduate certificate from the Messianic Jewish Theological Institute and am currently pursuing my Master of Jewish Studies. Rav Carl Kinbar calls me a lifelong learner. My kids call me a geek. I wear both titles proudly. My favorite topics to study include Biblical Hebrew, Second Temple Judaism, Prophecy, Jewish prayer, Luke and Acts, and Midrash.
Through my books, including Confessions of a Word Girl, The Messy Middle Manual, The New Jerusalem, Your Bible Uncomplicated, and The Hannah Cry, I equip women to study God’s Word deeply, apply it practically, and stand strong even when life feels messy. My greatest passion is helping women see that the messy middle is not where God leaves us. It is where He meets us.
At the core of everything I do is this simple truth: Deep Word. Real Life. Unshakable Hope.

I am a wife, mom, grandmother and dog/cat mom. I am the author of several books on marriage, living as a Proverbs 31 woman, verse mapping and the Tribes of Israel, as well as co-founder of She Opens Her Bible, Affirm Faith Co., and the She’s So Scripture Substack.
I have spoken all over the US at women’s conferences and retreats.
I have created various Bible Studies to help women to grow in their walk with the Lord.
I’m just like you. A Christian woman with God at the center of her marriage who has a hunger for God and His Word.
I support many different ministries including providing Bibles for those in need, scholarships for attending in-depth Christian retreats, homeless ministries, food pantries, clothing ministries, and more.
I volunteer for several ministries at our church, including Hospitality, Leaders of the Pack, Welcome PSG Corp, and anywhere else there is a need.
