She Opens Her Bible was created as a voice from the edge of the camp; a place where Messianic Jewish faith, honest wrestling, and the beauty of Torah converge. A home for those who love Yeshua but don’t feel fully at home in either church pew or synagogue seat. A place for seekers navigating the sacred tension between traditions.
She Opens Her Bible began as a beautiful collaboration between my ministry, Worth Beyond Rubies, and my friend Sue’s Woman of Noble Character. Sue has since stepped back from the ministry, and I’m grateful for the foundation we built together and for her friendship.
WBR has walked faithfully alongside Christian women seeking wisdom, practical tools, and biblical truth for everyday life. With warmth, encouragement, and clarity, it has nurtured thousands of women to go deeper in their walk with God, their study of Scripture, and their daily discipleship.
Now, these two paths unite—bringing together the devotional and the theological, the rooted and the reaching, the practical and the poetic.

About Diane Ferreira
I’m Diane Ferreira. I am a wife, a mother, a published author, Bible teacher and founder of Worth Beyond Rubies. I am also the owner and founder of Diane Ferreira Travel Partners, a premium and luxury travel agency serving people of faith!
In 2018, God opened the door for me to become one of the first Messianic Jewish women to build a voice in the broader online Christian space. I blend my Jewish heritage, Biblical Hebrew, and deep love for Scripture to help women navigate the Word with both depth and grace.
I hold a graduate certificate from the Messianic Jewish Theological Institute and am currently pursuing my Master of Jewish Studies. Rav Carl Kinbar calls me a lifelong learner. My kids call me a geek. I wear both titles proudly. My favorite topics to study include Biblical Hebrew, Second Temple Judaism, Prophecy, Jewish prayer, Luke and Acts, and Midrash.
Through my books, including Confessions of a Word Girl, The Messy Middle Manual, The New Jerusalem, Your Bible Uncomplicated, and The Hannah Cry, I equip women to study God’s Word deeply, apply it practically, and stand strong even when life feels messy. My greatest passion is helping women see that the messy middle is not where God leaves us. It is where He meets us.
