  1. It always amazes me what He’s done for us. Sometimes I think I understand it fully, that I get it. But then I see again how wonderful it is and realize I can never fully grasp the beauty of it.

    1. I know that feeling Rebecca! Just when you think you feel the most amazed you can possibly humanly feel at His goodness, there is always more and we are always more amazed!!

  2. I always learn something from you each week, Diane. I love the metaphor of “grafting” and the fact that we are “added in with”, not “replacing”.

  3. You’re writing about one of my favorite biblical truths today! Whether it’s the image of the stump that is Jesse blossoming forth into the Davidic line and producing a Savior or just the New Testament words of Paul as he ran all over Europe and Asia Minor chasing Gentile hearts for Christ, I am a puddle of gratitude that God found a way to include me in His great rescue plan!

  4. I always learn so much from your posts! (and I love the song and Youtube video that you included to help drive home the message). Thank you, again, for another great, revealing post.

  5. It’s truly a miracle that we’ve been allowed to be grafted in, to “not REPLACE them, but join in WITH them.” Thank you, God, for our admittance into the family!

  6. Thank you for this lesson. You are a natural born teacher and I always get so much from your posts. laurensparks.net

  7. Grateful that Jesus lived, died and rose again to draw ALL men to Himself. What a lesson and example He gives to all of us!
